The researchers say too much light at night can cause depression. Street lighting and office buildings that remain lit all night can affect our mental health.
In tests conducted on mice, the study found that they are kept in a room lit 24 hours a day showed more depressive symptoms than those undergoing light-dark cycle naturally.
