The brains are the most important part of the human body. The brains are the central nervous system that regulates and more coordinated movement, behavior and homeostatic body functions such as heartbeat and blood pressure and body fluids and the balance of the body. The brains is also responsible for functions such as recognition, and emotion. Memory, and motor learning, and all other forms of learning.
If the brains healthy and your life will go well. Therefore you also must be maintained that the brains and get good food consumption to increase strength and our nervous system.

Body Image and a weight problem most women. And it turned out, teenagers are no different. They put these items in various ways, including addressing the daily conduct.

It will be less than three months to go to attend my brother’s marriage in which everyone will gather and gossiping around for about three hours but leave a hurt effect for more than three years. This has occurred in my last performance in a party dress at one of my cousins’ wedding party. Everyone starred at me with curious look and suddenly sounds of forcing me to do more exercises were haunting until days later. I know that my body is not really slender but I don’t want anyone starred at my body with that vulture eyes. That’s why I try hard to get my body shaped within this limited time.
