Scientists increasingly warning not sit too long because it could be bad for your health, even if the person regularly berolahraag. Regardless of the person sitting anywhere, could be in the office, school, car or computer, because the visits was the number of hours as a whole.
This research is still preliminary, but some earlier studies have shown that people who spent much of their time sitting, the tendency to get fat, so the risk of a heart attack to death.

A study in Hong Kong showed that routine hand washing and wearing masks could reduce the risk of transmission of influenza virus among family members when properly implemented.
The findings, published in the medical journal Annals of Internal Medicine, the situation is considered critical to the pandemic, as the number of patients should be quarantined at home when the hospitals lack isolation facilities.
“During the pandemic period, the existing resources are inadequate for all patients infected with the flu satisfaction, and quarantine methods will be needed at home,” write the researchers.

It will be less than three months to go to attend my brother’s marriage in which everyone will gather and gossiping around for about three hours but leave a hurt effect for more than three years. This has occurred in my last performance in a party dress at one of my cousins’ wedding party. Everyone starred at me with curious look and suddenly sounds of forcing me to do more exercises were haunting until days later. I know that my body is not really slender but I don’t want anyone starred at my body with that vulture eyes. That’s why I try hard to get my body shaped within this limited time.

The researchers say too much light at night can cause depression. Street lighting and office buildings that remain lit all night can affect our mental health.
In tests conducted on mice, the study found that they are kept in a room lit 24 hours a day showed more depressive symptoms than those undergoing light-dark cycle naturally.
Laura Fonken, who led the study at Ohio State University in the United States, said: “Information continuously without any opportunity to be in a darker place, improving symptoms of depression.”
Co-author Professor Randy Nelson said “The increased level of depressive disorders in humans in accordance with the increasing use of lights at night in a modern society. Many people are now exposed to light with an unnatural cycle, has real consequences for their mental health. “
