6. Lack Sleep
Sleep gives the brain a chance to rest. Often neglect to sleep, the brain cells die from exhaustion. But do not sleep much, because this makes you too lazy and slow. Have to sleep 6-8 hours per day, fit and healthy.


7. Closing the main during sleep

Sleeping with the covered head is a bad habit that is very dangerous because the carbon dioxide produced during sleep, the brain is focused so dirty. Do not be surprised if over time damage the brain.

8. Thinking Too Hard When’s Hospital
