Sometimes headaches often occur during sports. According to Larry Robins, MD, Director of the Robbins Headache Clinic in Illinois, regular headaches occur when someone is heavy activity, which resulted in the increase in pressure on the area around the skull.
However, take your drop-out, because if you know how to handle it, symptoms such as headaches can actually be avoided. Follow these tips:
- Do not leave your body dehydrated. Drink enough, before and during practice, especially if the exercise carried out in the open air.
- Avoid exercises with jumping and jerking movements, such as basketball movements, or high-impact aerobic exercise.
- Select a quieter sports such as cycling, swimming, and leisurely stroll.
- When a headache, stop your training at all. The next day before practicing again.
- Take one pill headache relief half an hour before practice, can also be done as long as it does not become a habit
